Orders & MOQ
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 units per SKU for private label orders. Custom mold (OEM) projects have negotiable MOQ — please contact us with your requirements for a tailored quote.
Can I order samples before bulk purchase?
Yes! We offer pre-production samples for all serious inquiries. Samples are free (shipping cost applies). Typically 5-10 business days for sample preparation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C (letter of credit), Western Union, and USDT (crypto). Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
Shipping & Logistics
What are your shipping methods?
We offer sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). The best method depends on order size and urgency. We can quote FOB Shenzhen, EXW Dongguan, or CIF to your port.
How long does shipping take?
Sea freight: 15-30 days depending on destination. Air freight: 5-10 days. Express courier: 3-7 business days. Production lead time is 20-35 days before shipping.
Do you handle customs clearance?
We provide all necessary export documentation and support with customs clearance. For FOB/CIF terms, we handle export customs. Import customs at destination is the buyer's responsibility.

What certifications do your products have?
Our products comply with UL 8139 safety standards. Our factory is ISO 9001 and GMP certified. We also provide CE, RoHS, and MSDS documentation as needed for your market.
Can I customize flavors and nicotine strength?
Absolutely. We offer full flavor customization and nicotine strengths from 0% to 5% (nicotine salts or freebase). Minimum 100 kg for custom e-liquid formulation.
How do you ensure product quality?
Every batch undergoes rigorous testing: battery safety tests, leak tests, aging tests, e-liquid analysis, and visual inspection. We provide batch test reports upon request.
OEM / Private Label
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing): You provide the design/specs and we manufacture to your requirements. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing): You choose from our existing designs and we customize with your branding.
Can I use my own brand packaging?
Yes! Private label/packaging is included. We can design and produce custom boxes with your logo, brand colors, and product information. Minimum 500 units per SKU for custom packaging.
What is the typical OEM timeline?
Design & mold: 15-25 days. Sample production: 5-10 days. Mass production: 20-35 days. Total from deposit to shipment: approximately 45-70 days for new mold projects.
